Batch Counting – TAKT – Totalising
Highly flexible rugged high visibility Large Digital Counters which are available with 4, 6, 8 or 12 digits and digit sizes from 2.3” to 18” depending on the viewing distance required. (Viewing from 20 meters to 180 meters.)
Ideally suited for Batch Counting, Rate over Time and Totalising. They can be used to Count Up or Count Down. They accept inputs RS-232, RS-485, PNP, NPN, Contact Closure, PLC Pulse.
They have as standard Remote Reset, Remote Start / Stop and a Count Input speed of 30Hz.
Panel, Wall or Suspension Mounting in smart black powder-coat aluminium enclosures to IP55 or IP66 ( consult sales office ).
Batch Counting – Up or Down Counting - Model LDDC-2000
These Large Digit Counters can Count UP or DOWN from a preset figure, set on thumbwheels switches located on the enclosure. It has Remote Start / Stop / Reset facility as standard. A SPST output contact to signal the end of the count run.
Count with 4, 6, 8 or 12 digits and a Battery back up in the event of power failure which resumes counting when power is restored at the point when power was lost.
Ideal for Batch production rates.
Rate over Time ( TAKT ) – Up Counting - Model LDDRT-2000
These Large Digit Counters set the pace or rate of manufacturing which is matched to the customers production demands.
The Counters advance by a preset Count ( number ) at a preset Time ( elapsed Time ). Example Count 3 every 10 seconds, Count 1 every minute etc.
A Windows based programme is supplied to programme the Large Digit Counter. Remote Start / Stop / Reset are standard.
Ideal for Production Rates, Assembly Lines, Machine Strokes, RPM, Conveyor output etc. where output must be measured over time.
Totaliser – Up Counting – Model LDDT-2000
Ideally suited for counting production output, belt speed, line speed, length, distance, time, or anything that can be numerically related to a given operation which is critical.
This Large Digit Totaliser Display normally counts UP and can be supplied as a 4, 6, 8 or 12 digit totaliser. Remote Start / Stop / Reset is standard. No output. Battery back up in the event of power failure, Totalising resumes when power is restored.
