Common Features of Data-Max Large Digital Displays

Virtually anything can be displayed via the appropriate input signal

Super bright LED’s or Cluster LED’s in sizes from 2.3" (58mm) to 18.0" (457mm)

Up / Down Timers, Time 'UP' Totalisers, Stop / Watch Timer

At the closure of a switch, these large digit displays indicate 'Time' taken or elapsed for any process or event, until it finishes. Either from a Preset Value timing UP from Zero or Down to Zero, or as Time Totalising display from a start signal UP from zero until another signal stops the display, which can be at any point.

Additionally, we can supply the displays to act as a Stop Watch for a specific operation on a Shift. The Stop / Watch can also accumulate Time on an additional display to show Total Time, for example on a shift while timing specific operations within that shift.

Large Digit Timers such as these are ideal for

………anything that can be measured in relation to Time.

Large Digit Up / Down Timers

Four Digits HH:MM or Six Digits HH:MM:SS. These Timers will time from a thumbwheel preset or there is an option for a Serial ASCII Protocol RS-232 or RS-422/RS-485 preset. Start / Stop / Reset facilities, SPST momentary push button preset facility presets the display value before timing and Up / Down Timing selection switches are standard.

An Output contact is available as an option to control an external device to indicate Time UP.

Large Digit Time UP Totaliser

These Four Digit Timers, time UP from zero in either MM:SS or HH:MM format. Other time elapsed formats are available Days, Hours, Minutes, Seconds or tenths, hundredths, thousandths.

The display will start timing from 00:00 when the Start / Stop switch is made. A separate customer supplied momentary contact will reset the display back to 00:00.

An output contact is available as an option at a preset time and Serial Control via ASCII Protocol is also an option.

Large Digit Stop / Watch Timer

These large digit displays have been developed to measure production time or downtime of machinery on changeover of shifts or the production of a different product than previously made.

The displays usually have 2 displays,  'ACTUAL' which Times an actual event and a 'TOTAL' which accumulates all the events.

Remote Stop / Start / Reset facilities allow the control of the Stop/Watch via contact closure.

An output contact is available as an option at the end of the Actual Time ( which is not a preset ) and Serial Control via ASCII Protocol is also an option.
